   When prices go negative, the load ramps up. Curtailment becomes load.

4. Industrial & Manufacturing

   Industry stays on.

   Industrial, manufacturing and process loads stay on. Kelvin handles everything.

   Flexibility-as-a-Service absorbs Surplus & Excess energy — local Compute, local Heat, Sovereign AI.

5. Geo

   Geothermal.

   Generation at the source. A Heat sink next to the pad.

   Cooling and generation at the same surplus.

1. Queue

   The queue is years.

   Demand-connection queues run years.

   Containerised centres don’t require major grid reinforcements. A module sits where the Energy already is.

2. North

   The north spills cheap.

   The cause is congestion. Northern hydro and wind cannot move south fast enough, so the north clears cheap and the south clears expensive.

   Power is 60–80% of the cost base. Sweden, 2025: 322 negative-price hours. First Sites sit in Hälsingland.

3. Local

   Energy, Compute and Thermal/Heat stay local.

   The same surplus. A module at the source. Compute. Thermal/Heat.

4. Locked

   The site is the moat.

   Surplus sites, once locked, are not a copy-paste campus.

   Locked-in surplus cannot be copied.
